Tribal Mission with its Head Office located in Perumbavoor, is registered as a Charitable Society in Ernakulam District, Kerala State, (vide ER. 59/80) under the Charitable Society Act. The administrative leadership is carried out by a General Body, consisting of a like-minded group of people with dedication and concern for a community on the verge of peril. The Tribal Mission is indigenous in its vision and leadership and has a permanent membership in the India Missions Association.

The vision of Tribal Mission is the holistic up liftment of the economically backward and socially neglected tribal community as per the example set by Lord Jesus Christ; provide good education, affordable medical facilities to the tribal community; free them from the slavery of alcohol, drugs and caste system and give them a dignity in the society and introduce Jesus Christ as the Lord and Savior of mankind to them;
